That's what I'm wearing everyday. It's been raining non-stop and my fur lined boots are waterproof so it's been my go to outfit. I ran across this tutorial for elastic pant clips the other day. The idea is to clip the bottom of your jeans down so they don't bunch up near the top of your boots. It seems like a really good idea, but I wonder if there's any chance it might pull my pants down.... :P

A Walk Down Memory Lane...
I am actually a crocheter. I think I am more adept at making amigurumi than I am at sewing. I made this sackboy (from Little Big Planet on the PS3) for my boyfriend. (Please excuse the fuzzy pictures~)
Around the time of his birthday we were playing LBP and I decided to make him this to commemorate our time playing :)
He has 8 fingers and 2 thumbs.
And he really unzips.
How can a sackboy live without a heart? It has my boyfriend's pet name on it haha
As it turns out, he likes girl's clothes. Maybe I'm wrong, did I make a sackgirl instead of a sackboy?
More next time :)

Ready for Spring Flowers?
I sure am! We had only a couple days of sun this past few weeks so I am totally ready for spring. Daffodils always remind me of spring, so here's something pretty and easy to do to get a little taste!

Craftsters always need more supplies!
Only got one of them done yesterday before I ran out of thread. So I went to go get some more today.
I went to Fabricland and got some more fabric ($5 a meter!), some sewing machine oil, and found some zippers ($1 for the 3!) I think I am starting to hoard fabric now. :D
So this is what the towers fabric became. I wanted to make it look like this mesh pouch that someone gave me. It was originally to hold some bath and body works items. It looks okay right?
Pardon my sewing machine in the background.
But this pouch is missing something. It's a little plain I think. I love the fabric but it needs a little something something. I have an idea already but I need to find some more supplies :D

Works in Progress
This is what is cluttering my desk right now. Can you guess what the final products will look like?
The one with the towers fabric, I don't know how that will turn out. I just saw a pouch I wanted to recreate and started drawing a pattern. Fingers crossed!
